Our Classes

The children in our pre-school are grouped into three classes according to age.

Across the three classes, Gecko & Garden have two international teachers, two Cambodian teachers and six Teacher Assistants.

Waiting Lists

We do our best to place all interested children in the appropriate class. When our classes are full we maintain a waiting list. As places become vacant, those on the list are contacted in the order they were registered. Siblings of current students do take priority.

Children are able to start at Garden & Gecko in the middle of a term if there is a vacancy.

Fees

Gecko & Garden is a parent-run, not-for-profit pre-school. Although we run on sound business principles, our not-for-profit status does enable us to offer quality early childhood programs at very competitive rates.

We set fees at a level which pays costs and seeks to build up a reasonable cash reserve which can be used for school improvements, purchase of materials and equipment and which can be drawn upon if needed.

Pre-school Hours

• Tadpoles and Frogs – 8:15 to 11:00
• Gecko – 8:15 to 11:15
• Garden – 8:00 to 11:30
